GoLink SEO delivers professional digital marketing services. Because specialist time is committed from the start of each engagement, refund eligibility is structured by stage and service type. If you have a concern about quality or scope, please contact hello@golinkseo.com before requesting a refund — most concerns can be resolved through revised deliverables, credit adjustment, or scope modification.
Before any credits are used: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if no service work has commenced and no credits have been applied to any engagement.
Partial use: If some credits have been used but a balance remains, we will refund the unused balance at the original cost-per-credit rate, less any applicable processing fees, provided the refund is requested within 90 days of purchase. Credits applied to completed work are non-refundable.
After 90 days: Credits purchased more than 90 days ago are non-refundable but remain valid indefinitely — they can be applied to any service at any time.
Where credits are used to fund monthly management services (e.g. Paid Performance monthly management), fees for any month in which work has commenced are non-refundable. Future months' credits are refundable until work commences in that period.
48-hour cooling-off: A full refund of the most recent credit pack purchase is available within 48 hours of payment, provided no onboarding call has taken place and no service work has commenced in any form.
Add-on services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. If an add-on cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side (e.g. the service is no longer available), a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued within 10 business days.
Completed support sessions are non-refundable. Purchased hours that have not been scheduled are refundable within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, unscheduled hours are converted to credits at the current credit rate.
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the service has begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent before the withdrawal period expires. By agreeing to these Terms, proceeding to an onboarding call, or authorising any service execution before the 14-day period ends, you explicitly consent to early commencement and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived in respect of services already commenced.
Email hello@golinkseo.com with subject "Refund Request" and include: your order reference or email address used at checkout; your full name; a clear description of the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original Stripe payment method.
If a refund request is declined and you believe this is incorrect, you may escalate through Stripe's dispute process or your card issuer's chargeback mechanism. We cooperate fully and provide complete documentation of all work delivered. We strongly encourage direct contact first — most issues are resolved without escalation.
